The director Benedict Andrews’s Una speaks through not just action but objects. And of course not even using words. Though I must admit the times the film uses words, it is to solely express the intentions and being on the nose. How, on the nose, you wonder? Simple. Just making sure that the audience is following them or not. It is a film that has all the intentions and ingredients to reject the three act structure, yet it persists in following the order, the rules, the norms of the society. Something that is always up for the debate in the film.
